The Wading River Fire Department would like to thank the community for the generous donations and support that made our 20th annual Stuff-A-Bus event an overwhelming success again this year. On January 5, 2025, Department members spent the morning delivering the collected items to six local food pantries. The pantries were all very appreciative of the items as they are very low on supplies at this time of year. WRFD would like to thank 1st Assistant Chief Thomas Whelan for running this event every year and 1st Student for the use of the bus.
