Our Stuff-A-Bus Food Drive is going well.

Special thanks to our sponsored Boy Scout Troop Number 94 for braving the cold and

helping with our food drive by greeting everyone at King Kullen on Saturday. They collected

donations then boxed and helped stuff that bus! Enjoy the Pictures below!

Wading River Fire Department's popular “Stuff-A-Bus” Food Drive 2017 is in full operation.

This year's food drive is dedicated to the memory of Mike Wiwczar, a 50-year member of

the department who drove the ambulance thousands of times to the surrounding hospitals.

We are collecting canned and non-perishable goods that will be delivered to local food pantries.

Our hope is to Stuff that Yellow School Bus, which was donated by First Student bus company,

thank you, with all of the donations collected. Donations can be made at anytime at

Wading River Fire Department Headquarters on North Country Road. You will also find fire

department volunteers accepting food donations on the weekends at the King Kullen shopping

center.

The drive is underway now through New Years Day!
